SOLD IN 18 DAYS! At first we went with an online based estate agency, it sounded brilliant at first with a one off fee and no commission however after so much interest in the property and viewings we didn’t get any serious buyers. I felt as though they were not chasing up the viewings or doing anything proactively to try and sell the house since they already had the money. I was having to contact the potential buyers myself just to get proper feed back and their thoughts. Our friend recommended that we try a local estate agent RB gates, so we did.
